1. If You Harvest arXiv.org, Will They Come? Michael L. Nelson, Johan Bollen Old Dominion University, Department of Computer Science, Norfolk VA 23529 USA, {mln,jbollen}@cs.odu.edu We examined which NASA Technical Report Server (NTRS) repositories received the most downloads during the first 15 months after NTRS was converted to OAI-PMH. In particular, we were interested in the new collection development policy of including non-NASA scientific, technology and medicine (STM) repositories.
