Financial Literacy Week – Results • In the last year we have seen a huge • amount of growth in financial literacy week • In the spring session we had a total of 4 presenters speaking on different topics with a combined attendance of 50 students • Positive feedback, timely and better marketing, sponsorship assistance, as well as topics that were chosen with students responses in mind we were able to grow the program significantly in the fall • For the fall event we were able to have 5 presenters which included successful entrepreneurs, a professor, and a representative from HSBC we were able to attract a combined 190 students

  11. Financial Literacy Week – (Goals for the Future) The documentation is used as references in the future for the betterment of Financial Literacy Week. SIFE Simon Fraser will continue to grow and expand the program on campus. We are also preparing for the involvement outside campus such as educating the communities with poorer financial background and high school students. Setting workshops to the young adults in schools will also keep the growth and sustainability of Financial Literacy Week.

  12. Financial Literacy Week – Growth Through SIFE Simon Fraser, students are able to grow by building the theories they have learned in school and gain the practical knowledge that they can apply in their everyday lives.
