Animate a Slide Show • Animation—visual or sound effect added to an object or text on a slide • Animation can • Focus the audience’s attention • Emphasize important points

Create and Modify Charts • Charts created in PowerPoint are stored in an Excel worksheet that is incorporated into the PowerPoint file. • Modifying data in an Excel worksheet will modify the chart in PowerPoint. • To edit chart designs, under Chart Tools, use the Design tab.
