  3. Bullying • . • É um fenômeno social, comum em ambiente escolar, • Sãopráticas recorrentes de intimidações e agressões, perpetradas sem motivação aparente contra uma mesma vítima(s). • São comportamentos violentos observados • sistematicamente nas escolas

  4. Ocorrem também em outros ambientes sociais, como prisões, quartéis e até mesmo ambientes de trabalho. • Manifestações desses comportamentos • incluem-se: • Insultos, Intimidações, • Apelidos Pejorativos, Humilhações, • Amedrontamentos, Quebra de Pertences, • Isolamento(Exclusão), • Assédio Moral, • Violência Física propriamente dita.

  6. Tragédia em Escola do Rio de Janeiro Abril/2011 A luta pela qual muitos irmãos no passado morreram, e eu morrerei, não é exclusivamente pelo que é conhecido como bullying. A nossa luta é contra pessoas cruéis, covardes, que se aproveitam da bondade, da inocência, da fraqueza de pessoas incapazes de se defenderem”

Na legislação brasileira, o bullying não é abordado diretamente, porém, esse comportamento é reprovado a partir da própria Constituição Federal (Art.5º) que enumera os direitos e deveres individuais e coletivos, e também no art. 227. Arts. 3º, 4º, 5º, 15, 16, 17, 18, 56 e 70 do ECA e pelos Códigos Penal e Civil é possível realizar uma reprimenda, desse tipo criminoso. A LDB deve ser reformada com objetivo de coibir tais Práticas que ferem a dignidade humana.

O Bullying e o Colégio e Curso Arco • OBSERVAÇÃO • INFORMAÇÃO • SENSSIBILIZAÇÃO • INTERVEÇÃO • 1 - NEM TUDO É BULLYING! • DEVE HAVER OS ELEMENTOS DO DOLO E DA RECORRÊNCIA • 2 – O BULLYING NÃO É UM FENÔMENO INFANTIL! • PODE OCORRER A PARTIR DA PRÉ-ADOLESCÊNCIA(RARO) • MANIFESTA-SE EM MAIOR ESCALA ENTRE 8º ANO E 1ª SÉRIE MÉDIO • 3 - A VÍTIMA • SEMPRE SÃO: MAIS FRACAS, MENORES, COM ALGUM CARACTERISTICA FÍSICA DIFERENCIADA OU COMPORTAMENTO PRÓPRIO( INTROSPECTIVO, TÍMIDO,DELICADO ETC.) • 4 - O CCA TEM +- 5% ALUNOS COMO POTENCIAIS VÍTIMAS E BULLYING 0% • DESDE DE 2003 REGISTRO DE APENAS 01 CASO (2009)

AÇÕES GERAIS • BULLYING, DIVERSIDADE,IDEOLÓGICO,RACIAL, ECOLÓGICO E CIDADANIA • CAMPANHAS DE INFORMAÇÃO POR CADA ANO LETIVO • PROMOÇÃO DA CIDADANIA (PALESTRAS E DEBATES) • REFORÇO DE TRABALHOS DE RELAÇÃO INTERPESSOAL • PARCERIA ESCOLA-FAMÍLIA • NORMAS DE CONVIVÊNCIA CLARAMENTE DEFINIDA POR ADESÃO • VALORIZAÇÃO DO AMBIENTE ESCOLAR COM RESPEITO.
