Laura Stimpson: Performance Support Officer, Children’s Services Schools keep a log of the number of both free and paid meals served in school on a daily or weekly basis using the school meals tracker. Data is submitted using the tracker to the Data Management team at the end of the financial year This is not a compulsory data submission, although most schools do return the tracker
The data is calculated using the formula below: No. free meals served/187 (av. no. training days) FSM eligibility
