  21. Students will receive course selection cards on Monday, January 31st During the week of January 31st students will receive recommendations from their teachers Course selection cards are due Friday, February 4th The deadline for all FINAL changes is July 1st Course Selection Timeline

  22. Verification Process • February 7th until February 25th course requests will be inputted into HAC by staff • As necessary, counselors will meet with students/parents about courses • Course requests will be available on HAC during the spring • HAC represents the opportunity for families to verify the data entry and make any needed changes

  23. Course Changes • Changes may be made up until July 1st • Core course changes require that an override form be completed (Core=English, social studies, math, science, and foreign language) • Elective changes do not require an override form

  24. The Course Card • Be thoughtful about elective choices due to space availability • Students may choose up to 5 electives on the course card • Electives will not be assigned in order of priority
