  2. KKDC Staff Being away from your child can be a daunting task for any parent or carer. At KKDC, we understand this and only recruit experienced, qualified and caring staff. Every member of staff is regularly CRB (Criminal Records Bureau)

  3. Mission Statement Kids Kingdom Day Care transpired to provide excellence in early years care for all children. Our ethos circles around a simplified yet amplified philosophy - 'Every Child Matters'. Our focus is for all children to 'learn through play', in a safe, developing, and nurturing environment. We take pride in dedicating ourselves to each and every child throughout their nursery life, arming them with the necessary tools required before they embark upon their lifelong journey.

  4. Play-Based Learning The Childcare Act 2006 describes childcare as 'any form of care for a child including education or any other supervised activity'. Registered with Ofsted, KKDC takes pride in being able to provide educational play where children have a free choice of what they do. The early years age group is from birth to the 31st August following their fifth birthday.

  5. Key Persons Approach Before starting at a KKDC nursery, the parent/carer and child are invited along to the setting for two taster visits. Both parent and child will be welcomed into the setting by the day care manager who will initially have a chat with you in order to understand your child's requirements. Afterwards, you will meet with your child's 'Key Person' who will explain their role to you in greater detail and how best to meet both your needs and your child's needs.
