  6. April Highlights • May weather was mild, temperatures slightly below normal • Market price volatility on May 9 (outage based?) • Congestion volatility primarily remains out West • Increases in Emergency Energy uplift in April 2013, somewhat re • Ancillary Services increase by ~$0.40 /MWh

  7. CSWG Initiatives • Reduced Settlement Timeline • Weekly calls provided good discussion but little concern from market participants • Current timeline has not seen a change for when Data Aggregation is run so impact on Data availability is minimal • ERCOT provided “what if” scenario results on available data for a 1-day reduction in when Data Aggregation is run • CSWG does not see any need to hold up the transition into the next stage for further reduction of the Settlement Timeline • Weekly calls will start up again after the next reduction in the Timeline • CSWG will work to identify success criteria and testing needs during next phase reduction of timeline Meeting Title (optional)
