March Highlights • March weather was colder than last year and colder than weather normal • Market prices reflect weather changes as well as natural gas price movements • Congestion volatility primarily remains out West • No significant costs recognized for RUC or Emergency Energy • Ancillary Services remain at recent normal levels, decreases in Non-spinning Reserve prices year over year
CSWG Initiatives • NPRR 509 Shorten Settlement Timeline- CSWG will work with COPs Leadership on evaluating metrics and issues on change in timeline • Synchronization of Dispute Timeline and MarkeTrak • Emphasis will be on managing Load disputes in the MarkeTrak timelines and providing a fail-safe for QSEs representing load with Data Extract Variances that take time to resolve • Review impact or recent NPRR Settlement changes • Changes to market participant systems that impact over market participants and notification processes
