CSWG Housekeeping Items • CSWG Leadership was unanimously elected • Jim Galvin, Chair • Heddie Lookadoo, Vice Chair • Request COPS endorsement for 2014 Leadership • CSWG committed to Web Ex meetings back in late 2013 as part of the initiative to help reduce costs to ERCOT and Market Participants • CSWG plans to return to the Web Ex meetings this spring/summer after evaluation of the impacts to the Real Time Settlement Timeline change Meeting Title (optional)

Shortened Timeline Highlights • After a ~1 month settlements under 1-day shortened timeline, there have not been significant issues raised • CSWG discussed some examples of current Settlement results • T+1 Estimate compared to Actuals for January (slide to follow) • November Initial to Final comparison of Total Load (previous 1-day reduction period in Real Time Settlement Timeline, slide to follow) • While Market Participants identified no issues, some concerns were raised about the increase in estimated volumes • CSWG determined that we are still at the beginning of the analysis and will continue to follow and track accordingly • CSWG members determined that at this time there was no need for resumption of the weekly conference calls • ERCOT staff continues to post data on CSWG page for data availability 1-5 day lookback

Other CSWG Initiatives • CSWG will examine in detail the upcoming changes to settlements on NPRR 568 ORDC • CSWG will create examples and discuss the concepts of ORDC similarly to how early Nodal Charge Types were discussed and vetted • Dispute Status Report NPRR has been drafted and is in ERCOT’s hands for review • CSWG recommends aligning current protocols with current practice as a minimum interim step • Improvements to the report can be vetted further balancing desired changes with expense of potential project • Proxy Day for Weather Sensitive Loads during abnormal weather events Meeting Title (optional)
