  10. Course Description: (p.3) • Nsg. Practice & theoretical course encompassing comprehensive nsg care • Exploration of adults experiencing or at risk for complex health problems • Opportunity for participation in acute care and community • Concepts of wellness, illness prevention & health promotion will be explored. • N405 is a prerequisite for N416

  11. Requirements: • Attendance in class is compulsory • Complete 20-24hrs. Nsg practice per week • Attendance at all videos, RN reviews, etc. • Consolidation 168 hours to get course credit Note: Plagiarism, Cheating & Academic Dishonesty applies to class presentations, papers, exams, care plans (etc).

Evaluation N405: (P.5) • Midterm exam 35% • Final Exam 40% • Class Presentation 10% • One Major Nursing Care Plan 15% • Students must achieve a combined average of 60% on the midterm and final exams in order to pass the course. • Must have Pass in the Nursing Practice Component to pass the course, regardless of course mark
