It is Trust that Leads to Obedience Nevertheless, many even of the authorities believed in him, but for fear of the Pharisees they did not confess it, so that they would not be put out of the synagogue; for they loved the glory that comes from man more than the glory that comes from God. It is Trust Which Comes from God’s Word Sanctify them in the truth; your word is truth. It is Trust Which Comes from God’s Word So faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ. (Romans 10:17 ESV) Confidence and trust come from what it SAYS, not from what it doesn’t say

Saving Faith is Only as Good as It’s Object • Faith that Jesus can save us • Faith that leads to obedience • Faith which comes from God’s word Jesus Christ give great assurance. …everyone who lives and believes in me shall never die. Do you believe this?” (John 11:26 ESV)
