Concentrated means • A-object turned into liquid form • B-an object turned into liquid • C-dissolvent • D-some kind of liquid added to sthg else • E-when you squeeze sthg liquid comes out • F-a liquid that dissolves • G-the amount dissolved measurement of thing
Concentrated • A-when something is pure • B-main part doesn’t have the water • C-sthg that is natural • D-preserved • E-sthg that is natural • F-sthg that is pure • G-artificial
concentrated • A large amount of a solution, chemicals or substance. • Examples Food coloring Orange juice, apple, grape, cranberry, fruit punch, tampico juice coffee Clorox Shampoo agave
Dilution means: • When a liquid is combined with water (another liquid) to make it less concentrated • Examples: • Kool aid • Any juice and add water
Dilution • A liquid that is less concentrated • Example:Kool Aid- powder & add as much water
Introduction pg. C-52 • Glossary: • 1.Concentrated/concentration- a substance that is strong and full of more of the solution/substance. Ex: frozen juices & any juice that says concentrate • 2. Dilute- to take out concentrated add water • 3. Parts per million- out of a million 1,000,000 and describes how much concentration in a solvent. • 4. Parts per billion
