  7. Famous Person • One famous person from Spain is Pablo Picasso, one of the most influential artists of the 20th century. He is famous for founding the Cubist movement, an avant-garde art movement of the 20th century. He is also famous for his works: Les Demoiselles d'Avignon (créâtes in 1907) and Guernica (créâtes in 1937). He is described as an inventer of art and be seen as a legend. He was 91 years old when he died.
