Appeals to those who enjoy working with people within in a business setting. Uses similar models to other areas of psychology but key difference is the focus on improvement / potential - not problem focussed. Positive and dynamic work area which is results oriented. Referred to variously as Occupational / Organisational / Work / Industrial Psychology.
