  7. Earlier this year I worked with a trade union to help its staff understand how wellbeing at work is more than just stress reduction. It’s possible to improve happiness at work by understanding your strengths and playing to them as often as possible Wellbeing

  12. A few months ago I was working with a group of GP’s who were finding it difficult to get along with each other and with their staff All have been tested for their emotional intelligence I also explored with them the dark side of leadership Work Behaviour

  13. This group scored: Low on identifying how others are feeling OK in understanding which moods are most appropriate for which tasks Good at understanding what causes emotions and how they change Emotional Intelligence
