  5. Strength: Motivates people to live a active lifestyle while allowing them to get new Nike apparel! Weakness: If the auction price is to high Opportunity: Offer discounts for other Nike products (50 miles = 10% discount) Threat: The possibility of people cheating, using the app while driving a car.
  6. Can you think of anything where fitness can be turned into a currency? Gym memberships? Discounted apparel for running companies?
  7. C&A Clothing When shopping, do you ever want a second opinion on a clothing item? Do you ever post a picture of a clothing item on Facebook or another social media sight to see what other people think of it?
