If you have questions please contact Risk Management at 757-989-2724. • Workers' Compensation claims must be reported online, via HR Manager Self Service. • Send supporting documentation for claims to 757-989-2501 OR accident.claims@ferguson.com

Reporting Accidents.. • All vehicle accidents should be reported to the Risk Management Group immediately utilizing the on-line reporting tool on Pipeline, or by calling (757) 989-2724. • If there are injuries to our associates, also notify Liberty Mutual 877-308-8141 within 24 hours.
Why Investigate Auto Accidents? • To discover the factual cause(s) of the accident • To prevent reoccurrence of the same or similar accident • To show genuine concern to the insured driver and the claimant • To prepare in anticipation of litigation
Accident Investigation • The investigation is focused on fact finding, not fault finding. Obtaining signed statements • as soon as possible following an accident ensures an accurate account of how the injury occurred.
