    4. Our Statistics Appointments wasted for Primary Care Services (07–14 Sept 04, 5 working days): Oceana BHC: 188 wasted appointments for FPC/MSC* Dam Neck BMC: 22 wasted appointments for MSC

    5. The Cost No-show appointment slots cost our Command $65.00 per visit therefore, BHC Oceana no-shows, from 07-14 Sept ‘04 (5 working days), cost us $12,220

    6. Our Policy According to the Patient Bill of Rights & Responsibilities, patients are responsible for keeping scheduled appointments

    7. Appointment Cancellation If your appointment was scheduled through the clinic, then call that clinic directly All other appointments are cancelled by calling 1-866-645-4354 (MIL-HLTH)

    8. The Bottom Line Cancelled appointments are filled by other patients Cancel, as soon as possible when unable to keep your appointment Please, don’t be a NO-SHOW… Cancel, Reschedule or SHOW
