  1. AIDA Asic Heatsinks Prototype received, and approved. Rest of order expected: 28th Jan. 1

  2. AIDA Status of Electronics Module These parts are due beginning of February 2

  3. AIDA Prototype crate Parts being manufactured at Liverpool University. Most parts now complete. 3

  4. AIDA Crates These crates now on order. Expected delivery mid March. Invoice mid February. £10k left in budget (Water fittings not yet ordered) 4

  5. AIDA Frame Cutting list and list of bought out items by end of month. 5
