Same pager used for transfers (helicopter available) Rapid ER assessment by stroke team, CT or MR after basic evaluation Stroke Team discusses case and decides therapy BLEED INFARCT < 3 hrs INFARCT < 6 hrs INFARCT > 6 hrs VB Stroke <6 hrs coma Large vessel, IV contraindicated Consider: Consider Neurosurgery Consult P/D Mismatch: Consider mech Treatment: IA Therapies In INR Suite: Mech vs IA, unless matched defect or no collateral (T) Treatment: IV tPA
