  2. 1.0 What is your project about (Title/Focus)? • Focus - Children life skills programming (5-12 years)

  3. What is it that you want to achieve by the end of the project (Purpose)? • We want the children to have the knowledge and skills for decision making before becoming sexually active

  4. What is the current situation of your problem in terms of its level of attaining the desired target? • There are no life skills programming for this age group

  5. What is the ideal situation of the target attainment if the organization was able to achieve its objective its target? • Reaching this age group with life skills programs across 1 year

  6. What do you think is currently failing your organization to achieve the desired target of performance? • We were not thinking about this until yesterday
