  10. 三 Trial Court Go Fish Pick up one crayon from the back cart. Pick up one pink “cheat sheet” per person. Pick up one salmon set of “Game Rules” per person. Finally, go sit down. Quietly skim the rules while you wait for quiet.

  11. 三 Trial Court Go Fish I will now sort you into groups based on your crayons. There cannot be two of the same color in any group. For example, all the students who pulled a red crayon will need to be in different groups.

SS.7.C.2.2 Evaluate the obligations citizens have to obey laws, pay taxes, defend the nation, and serve on juries. SS.7.C.2.3 Experience the responsibilities of citizens at the local, state, or federal levels. SS.7.C.2.4 Evaluate rights contained in the Bill of Rights and other amendments to the U.S. Constitution. SS.7.C.2.5 Distinguish how the constitution safeguards and limits individual rights. SS.7.C.2.6 Simulate the trial process and the role of juries in the administration of justice. Write these benchmarks down. Write down three sentences telling me how you completed these benchmarks over the last month.
