GLEs 8th Grade • Analyzes ideas, selects a manageable topic, and elaborates using specific, relevant details and/or examples. • Analyzes and evaluates writing using established criteria. • Uses a variety of sentences consistent with audience, purpose, and form.
GLEs 9/10 Grades • Publishes in formats that are appropriate for specific audiences and purpose. • Uses collaborative skills to adapt writing process. • Uses a variety of forms/genre.
