IHG has an exciting Future Leaders programme. We are recruiting for ambitious and talented individuals looking for a fantastic career in the hospitality world. We have developed a specific training & development programme that will enable graduates to gain the experience needed to be one of our best business leaders. Career pathways The programme offers three distinct career pathways: Operations (Choose your hotel specialism after 6 months) Finance (Specialise from day one) Revenue Management (Specialise from day one) Target during and after the programme During the programme: Supervisory On completion of the programme: Assistant Head of Department / Junior Head of Department 5 years (ie 3 years after): General Manager (small hotel) Executive Committee (large hotel) Corporate Director / Manager What are we looking for? A bachelors degree or equivalent Fluency in English and one other international language Qualify to work in the European region At least one year’s relevant experience which can include internships Must be willing to relocate and be internationally mobile Possess excellent interpersonal skills Demonstrate leadership potential Passionate about the Hospitality industry Are you a Future Leader?
