Fundraising Committee Charter • Mission: The purpose of the fundraising committee is to lead the efforts on raising money at the organizational level as well as assisting efforts at the team level. • Scope: The committee responsibilities include: • Coordinate organizational and team corporate sponsorship strategies, fundraising guidelines and communications. • Coordinate organizational fundraising activities for the general fund and the facilities fund. • Assist the Tournament Committee with the Flame Invite by executing additional fundraising activities at the tournament. • Assist teams with team sponsor recognition and coordinate organizational sponsor recognition throughout the season. • Members: Gina Salters Flame President • Kristy Kelley Committee Chair, 12U Walters • Alice Souders 14U Abraham • Pam Cunningham 16U McCaslin • Carla Barokas12U Walters • Vacant slots 10U Jones, 14UHooks, 14UZacher • Meetings: Monthly and as required
