Supply Chain Operations Sub-Committee Charter • Project Title: AM2C Integration Supply Chain Operations Sub-Committee • Project Manager: Mark D’Amico • Mission Statement: Develop a supply chain to support Provisur Europe incorporating the new acquisition of AM2C while maximizing utilization of manufacturing operations and maintaining growth, capacity, and flexibility • Background: • Provisur has a distribution center in Badhoevedorp, Netherlands to service the European aftermarket business • Provisur recently acquired AM2C who is engaged in the manufacture and assembly of mechanical separators and aftermarket parts in France. • AM2C machines process poultry, pork, beef, fish, fruits and vegetables • Mécaprécis, a sister company and machine shop of AM2C, manufactures feedscrews and chambers for AM2C (47% of revenue) as well as manufactured parts for other customers; 53%. • AM2C operates a 17,000 sq ft facility with R&D/engineering and assembly and 15 employees in Quimper, France • Mécaprécis operates a 10,000 sq ft machining facility with 18 employees in Concarneau, Frances (~15 miles from AM2C) • Project Goals: • Gain a clear understanding of the AM2C Supply Chain (manufacturing and vendor capabilities) • Develop a Supply Chain Strategy that integrates AM2C into Provisur’s vision and organizational goals • Investigate opportunities to utilize AM2C operations with Provisur’s current global manufacturing needs • Identify both key competencies and opportunities to improve the AM2C Supply Chain • Identify risks to meet FY12 plan (resource constraints, supply chain risks, etc.) • Project Plan and Deliverables: • See project schedule
