  4. Our new officer position In April 2013, the Theta Chapter of SSP created a new officer position in the club. The community service chair is tasked with planning service events for SSP members. While these community service activities are not mandatory, it’s a good way for SSP members to log service hours together. Maria VachapittackCommunity Service Chair

  5. August SSP Hosted a presentation for the entering class of 2017 entitled, “Tips for Success in Your First Year of Osteopathic Medical School”

  6. September SSP members volunteered to help out at OSU’s annual Rural Health Fair in Coweta on September 14, 2013

  7. October/November SSP plans to participate in additional community service activities in October and then again in November. The dates and locations are still TBD. Thank you for your time!
