  1. Findings • 77% of learners had never used social networks (13% after) • 13% increase in use of Internet to look for information • 20% increase in use of Internet to chat to friends • general use of computer increased from 30% to 57% • learners feelings of failure decreased from 30% to just 6%

  2. Findings • 96% of Volunteers saw how multimedia could be used to ‘increase community involvement’ • 88% ‘to develop ideas and set goals

  3. Findings • 79% of Support workers learnt new ways to empower others • 31% improved their communication skills • 26% learnt how to use the Internet better
