They are very bright and creative. They ask so many questions which is definitely encouraged in my class! We have big things planned this year in third grade! I am looking forward to teaching your kids! In an attempt to save paper and ink, I will send it electronically via email from this issue on. If you prefer a paper copy please let me know! • You are always welcome to shoot me an email. aherrer8@houstonisd.org • If your child has a question about homework, they may text me on my cell phone (210)260-4707 to ask or to let me know that they emailed. Please do not call my cell phone. • Our class webpage on is up on the WUES website. Place cursor over classrooms, click 3rd grade, then find and click Ms. Herrera’s class on the left hand side. • One last thing, we do have some students with food allergies. If you would like to bring in snacks please avoid or bring an alternative to anything with fish/shrimp, chocolate, nuts, and peanut butter. • Have a blessed week!
