  3. CollaboraTeS For example: • Providing information and advice • Voluntarily assisting with needed work • Bartering or trading for assistance • Contracting to provide needed assistance, skills or work

  4. CollaboraTeS Specifically: • Foreign language skills • Topical subject analysis • OCLC products and services • Cataloging and OCLC options • Help with specific formats or technologies.

  5. CollaboraTeS Project team completed: • Initial inventory of libraries (haves & needs) • Includes • Subject expertise • Experience with OCLC products/services • Experiences with formats and schemas • Technology expertise • Language expertise • List of contacts (40 libraries)

  6. CollaboraTeS Project team is developing: • Cost models • Memorandums of understanding • Mechanism for maintaining the data (self-service)
