  1. Planting Sunflowers By Year 1

  2. First… we wrote instructions on how to plant a sunflower. We had written instructions before when we made magic potions last term. We told Miss Sykes what to write and she wrote it down on the board.

  3. Then… we made our own pots by recycling old newspaper. A lot of us promised to recycle and look after our planet on world Earth day!

  4. Next… we followed our instructions for planting a flower by putting the soil into the pot and making a hole for the seed.

  5. After that… we covered the seed back up and put our pots into a tray. We decided to put them in a sunny place so that they will grow.

  6. Finally… we used a pipette to water our seeds. We will water our seeds everyday and watch them grow!
