250g small prawns
250g baby clams or clams
250g calamares in rings
Mussels - 1 or 2 per person
Large prawns - 1 or 2 per person

Food colouring
Rice (short or long grain)
1 bag of frozen peas
Tin of pickled red peppers
Lemons Tartaletas de Champiñon- Mushroom Tartlets Paella Madrid Tartaletas de Champiñon ingredients: 5 Tablespoons mayonnaise 1 clove garlic, crushed ½ teaspoon dried parsley flakes 1 teaspoon lemon juice ¼ pound (8 to 10) mushrooms, washed, drained, stems removed, and finely chopped 20 miniature tartlet shells or toast triangles Salt and pepper

Flag- bandera There are: three horizontal bands: of red (top), with the national coat of arms on the hoist side of the yellow band; yellow (double width), and red the coat of arms displays the emblems of the traditional kingdoms of Spain and Granada is represented by a stylized pomegranate at the bottom of the shield; the arms are framed by two columns representing the Pillars of Hercules, which are the two promontories on either side of the eastern end of the Strait of Gibraltar; the red scroll across the two columns bears the imperial motto of "Plus Ultra" (further beyond) referring to Spanish lands beyond Europe.
