Learning Objective • To explore the use of technical drawing equipment in the production of isometric line drawings. • TASK • Complete isometrics worksheets 1, 3, 5 and 8 (over two periods). • How will I know if I have been successful? • I can identify two rules in relation to isometric drawings. • I can use the 30/60 set square to project lines accurately at 30°. • I can use a set square and parallel motion to project vertical lines. • I can produce construction lines and outlines which are clearly differentiated in line weight. • I can transfer sizes from an orthographic drawing using the trammel method.
