  2. Primary Activities • Reviewed ERCOT System Outages and failures • ERCOT presented Marketrak performance update • Discussed PRR draft needs for Section 16.12. 1, ERCOT updated ERCOT.com • Reviewed NPRR227 • Vice Chair update

  3. #1 • Reviewed ERCOT System Outages and failures • Tim Ebbers presented the monthly Incident Report • One minor unscheduled event for April 3

  4. #2 2. ERCOT presented Marketrak performance update • Trey Felton presented information around MT system tuning and improved performance • Metrics were presented and target Service Level Objectives were reviewed for feedback • MPs reported better system performance and improved response time

Discussed PRR draft needs for Section 16.12. 1, Posting links to MIS Dave Seibert and Debbie McKeever reported prior to meeting this was resolved, as the link is now posted on ERCOT.com Viewed ERCOT.com, the various lists which are available to the general public for validation Agreement, no PRR change is required #3 5

  6. #4 4. Discussed NPRR227 • Verified NPRR227 is in support of TDTWG recommendation as outlined in Draft of PRR822 • NPRR227 complies with TDTWG security concerns

  7. #5 5. Open nominations for Vice Chair for remainder of 2010 term • Annette Morton (AEP) has chosen to accept the company’s voluntary severance package • Annette has been a intricate part of the Texas Market development and watchdog over system performance • TDTWG will miss her contribution

  8. TDTWG Follow-up items: • Review status of PJ # 37944 - Cyber Security • Review TDTWG’s 2010 Goals • Follow up Kathy Scott on TW discussion at TX SET to confirm the issue is closed • Next meeting is a Face-to-Face to review 1st Qt Metrics Reports and election of new Vice-Chair
