  3. Método: • Observação (uso dos sentidos); • Quantificação (números); • Hipótese (declaração sobre fenômeno); • Experimentação (teste da hipótese).

  4. Biologia: • Fisiologia (função dos órgãos); • Anatomia (estrutura do organismo). • Órgãos Sensoriais: sensação e percepção. • Sistema Nervoso: neurônios, sinapses, etc. • Cérebro: funções psicológicas → localização cerebral, neurociência.

  5. Quantificação: • Medidas: Pitágoras • Ciência: uso de números • Tempo de reação • Equações pessoais • Estatística: Descritiva e Analítica • Psicometria (metria = medida): Avaliação → Nominal, Ordinal, Intervalar, Razão.

  6. Laboratórios: • Aplicação do método científico; • Base da experimentação; • Observações controladas.
