What is riteSCAN?

    3. riteSCAN Handheld Client operates on the Microsoft Compact Framework 2.0. Compatible with a wide variety of mobile devices. Low Bandwidth requirements. Works with any handheld running: Microsoft Pocket PC 2003 or higher Windows Mobile 5.0 Handheld Client

    4. riteSCAN Windows Client operates on Windows XP or Vista. Large buttons and text fields make it great for use with touch screen computers. Exact same functionality as the riteSCAN Handheld Client. Windows Client

    12. Expense Issues Record the issue of stock items from inventory for misc. purposes. Immediately subtracted from quantity on hand and costed at the current inventory cost. Operates similar to other riteSCAN screens.

Sales Order Picking Scan the sales order number to retrieve all S/O lines Pick sales orders by scanning barcodes Stock code and quantity are validated against the sales order Ensures order accuracy Reduces costly shipping mistakes Check the Release Order box to change order status to “Ready to Invoice” View the order and reset ship quantities.

    14. Purchase Order Receipts Scan Purchase Order Number to retrieve all P/O lines. Receipted items validated against P/O lines to ensure accuracy. Purchase order updated immediately with Quantity Received and Inventory on Hand. View order summary and details. Operator may receive all lines without changes to order quantity Operator may receive individual lines with option to change quantity received
