  3. Oceans • We know the names of all the oceans : 1.Atlantic Ocean 2.Pacific Ocean 3.Indian Ocean 4.Arctic Ocean Pg.1

  4. Countries • We focused in on Rotanak, a boy from Cambodia. We know the difference between the traditions in Cambodia and here in the US.

  5. State Iowa and Texas !! We read about Tomas who traveled from Iowa to Texas with his parents who are migrant farmers.

  6. Cities Cities always begin with a capital letter. For example: Los Angeles, CA

  7. Maps • We will create a book of maps. The book will consist of the following maps: 1.map of your room 2.map of your house 3.map of your neighborhood 4.map of your school 5.map of your state 6.map of your country
