Objective & definitions • Develop next generation of managers/project managers with a broad and deep knowledge of Aibel’s business • A trainee is: • A Masters graduate in technology or other relevant degree • Has less than one year’s work experience • Depending on our needs, students or young professionals with a Masters’ degree in economics might be considered as trainees
Structure and Duration Trainee program examples Months 0 8 16 24 • Trainees complete a 24 month program divided into 3 periods of 8 months each • Trainees are assigned to different Aibel units for each trainee period • Either the second or third period should take place outside Norway • The trainees will complete Project Management Training and other relevant courses P&F Billingstad Australia MME Stavanger

Professional and social development • An introduction to Aibel at the start of the program: • Meet with representatives from top management and key Aibel personnell • Give the trainees a general view of Aibel values, objectives, structure and organisation • Each trainee will be assigned a buddy who will follow the trainee through the whole program • During the trainee period in Norway • Visits to the different locations in Norway • Thematic days/lectures to give trainees an introduction into Aibels business. • Follow up meetings with the trainee coordinator and other trainees in the same country, at least once per trainee period • One joint meeting with all the trainees in each trainee period • Take part in management meetings? • During the period abroad: • Eight months at on of our international locations • Meet key personell • Knonwledge of Aibel’s international business
