Rules for a correct nutrition You must respect the food size of the aliments that you eat ; You must eat a lot offruit and vegetables You must limitate the calories (sugar, alcol, cereal,ecc.) ; You musn't eat preserved food but you can eat integral cereal ; You musn't eat a lot of meat and you musn't cook it too much ; You must chew a lot before swallowing and at the end you must always have breakfast.
