  1. http://www.lakeandpen.com/ The Lake and Peninsula Borough has an area of 32,922 square miles (85,270 km2), of which 23,652 square m3iles (61,260 km2) is land and 9,270 square miles (24,000 km2) (28.2%) is water. 

  2. The Borough Assembly is comprised of seven elected officers, including an elected Mayor. Officials serve staggered three-year terms. The Borough Assembly hires a Borough Manager to run the administrative operations.

  3. “Professional guide" means a person who contracts to guide, lead, direct, or accompany others on hunting, fishing, sightseeing, rafting, camping, hiking or other recreational trips within the Borough.

  4. Persons conducting a guiding business within the the Borough must register for Business License. Business license registration and fee is due January 31st of each year or within 30 days of establishing a new business within the Borough.
