5 MINUTE TUTORIAL ON HOW TO USE: PMB Category Reports Online. Click on Product Data button on the top. Then, click on “For 2009 and Later studies. Members only” button Login. On the left hand side, you can see all categories that are included in the PMB study.

On the left hand side, you can see all categories that are included in the PMB study. • Step 1: Click on the category (e.g. personal care), select the sub-category (e.g. Toothpaste) and preliminary reports will be generated on the right-hand side.
Step 2: To generate a demographic profile report, click on any blue text (e.g. %).
For different graph options (including the data type, the graph format, the background colors, etc), please click on “Options” • Before (or in addition to) generating a demographic profile report, you can also graph the answers by clicking on “Graph It” icon next to a question.
Options of the demographic profile report (1): Select Base These are 10 pre-set bases.
Options of the demographic profile report (2): Select Row These are pre-set demographic rows. If you wish to analyze theresponses by age only, click on “age” in the drop down menu.
A few more hints: • To print, click on to convert the report into a pdf, which you can then print. • To hide/show sample, population, h%, v%, use these buttons: (not sure what these are and how to read/calculate them? please click here) • To select various report options (e.g. flagging low sample sizes thresholds, determining high and low index thresholds, hiding not stated answers, etc), click on
If you wish to change the survey, click “change survey” on the top left hand side • IMPORTANT: When you finish working with the report, and wish to switch to the online readership volume (for instance), please close and re-open the browser.
