Favorite Learning Experience • Each year in science class my 80 third graders hatch eggs. • The first year none of the chicks hatches, so the farmer and I swapped his hatching eggs with y non-hatching eggs and the students never knew. • The students thought they learned a lot, the truth is so did their teacher. What I Believe About Learning • I believe that it is imperative that children need to be comfortable in a classroom setting in order to learn. • If a child is not having fun and enjoying school they are not able to learn as much as they can. • My goal is to provide a safe, comfortable and enjoyable learning experience for all my students.
