  3. Japan’s Geography: pgs 198-203 • Draw a map of Japan, and draw illustrations that show the following information about Japan. Be sure to label your drawings! • Islands of Japan are the tops of undersea mountains and volcanoes • Most people live near the coast: seafood is main food source • Japan is separated by water from China/Korea • Japan is still close enough to travel to China/Korea by boat Using the information on pgs. 200-201, create a spoke diagram with 8 spokes. Include information on the Ainu, clans, Shinto, the first emperors (2 spokes each) Using page 201, create a diagram that shows the three things Japan learned from China/Korea. Include illustrations.
