  3. Engineering in Brazil: Law No. 5,194/66 and Law No. 6,496/77, and Resolution 1,010/05 regulate the professions of architect and engineer. The Federal Council of Engineering, Architecture and Agronomy (CONFEA) regulates and oversees the exercise of these professions. Architects and engineers must be registered with CONFEA; as at August 2008, some 900,000 were registered.

  4. Resolution 1,010/05 It modifies the concession of professional attributions, which is made as a function of the pedagogical project and the subjects chose by the student; It allows different formation in the same course;
