ICC – Integration Collaboration Committee • From Draft Charter • Outcomes: • Prioritize at least 6-8ideas for research • Identify: • Areas & people affected by the current processes • Current initiatives on either campus related to the proposed processes • Areas responsible for the processes, who would benefit from a process change and any negative impacts or increase in workload • Global benefits/negatives for the University. • Research peer institutions for best practices • Estimate resources and time needed to implement or if further research needed • Recommend next steps • Prepare formal recommendations pertaining to collaborative process optimization to present to the Faculty Senate, SAC and senior administration
