  3. What materials are available ? • Online courses • Workbooks • DVD’s

  4. Watch the Orientation Video • Orientation

  5. Student Expectations • Take CASAS tests • Meet with a teacher 2-4 times a month • Check work at home • Take short quizzes • Have an email address • Have access to a computer to complete online work.

  6. When do I come to school? • You must meet with your teacher 2-4 times a month. • You should come to school when you complete the assignments. • You need to check your own answers. • Don’t forget to make an appointment!

  7. Office Hours • Room 3 • Mondays 12:00 - 1:30pm • Tuesdays 5:00 - 6:45pm • Wednesdays 12:00 – 1:30pm • One Saturday a month (see schedule) 10am – 1pm • Get help! We are here to help you!

  9. Next steps… • Pay the registration fee • Pay the $20 refundable deposit if you are borrowing books and DVDs • Fill out registration forms • Take a CASAS test (1 hour) • Ask your teacher when you need to come back and write it down
