Competence Centre for Sustainable Energy – 1st Year Targets • Manager (Research Expert) recruited and appointed. • Membership of the CCSE Board agreed.   • Detailed Five Year Business Plan for CCSE submitted to INI for approval. This will include: • CCSE strategy including financial projections and marketing plans • Organisation structure, management and governance of CCSE • CCSE Consortium Agreement (including IPR Agreement) • Specific research projects including total costs, milestones and deliverables • Strategy and targets for obtaining matched funding • Recruit a minimum of 12 new member companies.   • At least 3 collaborative research projects underway ( agreed by the Membership and approved by the CCSE Board and submitted to INI)
