  3. Meeting Dates September 7th– Kickoff Meeting September 14th– Elections September 28th– Dr. Buchheit “Appropriate Instructor-Student Relations in Class” October 26th– USG Engineer Senators Updates November 9th– Winnie Sampson “SORA Award Nominations Info” November 30th– Fund Requests

  4. Expo SOV Form Process • Print out the “Expo SOV Hard Copy Form” from ec.osu.edu under the Events > Engineering Expo tab. This will be a Word document. • Attend event and volunteer. • At the completion of the event, fill out the “Expo SOV Hard Copy Form,” and have the event coordinator sign it. Take a picture of this form and send it to OSUEngineersCouncil@gmail.com. • Fill out and submit the “Expo SOV Online Form” from ec.osu.edu under the Events > Engineering Expo tab. This will be a Google Form.

  5. Volunteer Opportunities • Engineering Expo • September 26-27th • Hours are separate from ECouncilhours • $35/hour • Sign up on our website!

  6. Fund requests • If you fund requested last spring, your check is at the ECS front desk!

  7. Reminder • An organization can bring up to 2 representatives BUT only one can vote during voting situations • A representative can represent 2 organizations BUT can only cast one vote during voting situations

  8. Vote: Constitution Changes • An organization can earn volunteer hours for volunteering at their own event • There is a cap: • Can only earn up to 50% of total event volunteer hours or a maximum of 40 hours • Total volunteer hours are needed before an event can be ECouncil approved
