  2. Member Access What is “Member Access” ? • Member Access is an online tool which is accessed from the Rotary International website. • Member Access contains tools for all Rotarians plus special tools available only to club president and secretaries for managing club and membership data.

  3. Member Access Functions(for Presidents and Secretaries) • View and change club membership data • Pay club dues (during January and July only) • Update club data • View reports for club contributions to The Rotary Foundation • View the Official Directory

  4. Finding Member Access Online Member Access can be found from the RI home page,www.rotary.org.

  5. Registration To register for Member Access you will need the following: • Your District’s number • Your club’s ID number • Your membership ID number • A valid e-mail address

  6. Registration Information How can I obtain the necessary numbers to register for Member Access? • Member ID – Mailing Label of Rotarian Magazine (Also - District Secretary can look up) • Club ID – See provided list (Also - District Secretary can look up) • District Number (5500, 5510, 5490)

  7. Sign-in Screen- New Users Enter your District, club, and membership ID numbers.

  8. Username and Password • Member Access will prompt you to designate your e-mail address as your username. • A password will be then e-mailed to you. • When returning to Member Access, sign in with your username (e-mail address) and the password you received. • You may change your password and username once you have entered the site.

  11. Options are displayed in the green highlighted box on the left hand side of the screen. Your Options as a Club Officer

  12. Update Membership Data View Rotary Foundation and membership reports Add members to your club Download a list of club members to your computer View club data (meeting details and incoming officers) View/update individual records View terminated members

  13. The view function shows the name and contact information for each member. You can also view a member’s: Committee participation Offices held Membership details View Function

  14. The edit function allows you to edit: Contact information Member information Edit Function

  15. When adding a new member to your club, it is suggested that you search for that member first to avoid duplicates. You can search by: - Membership ID - Name Edit Function

  16. When terminating a member from your club, use the drop down boxes to indicate the: Reason Date Terminating Members

  17. You can view your club’s semiannual report and pay club dues using a credit card in January and July. Semi-Annual Reports

  18. The online version of the Official Directory allows you to: View current committees and task forces View the RI Board of Directors and The Rotary Foundation Trustees Search for club and District information Official Directory

  19. Use theClub Data Formto change your club’s: Meeting day Meeting time Meeting location Other details Club Data Form

  20. The bottom portion of theClub Data Formallows you to enter the names of incoming club officers. Club President Club Secretary UpdatingClub Officer Information Select Member’s Name Select Term

  21. A Club RecognitionSummary(CRS)report shows contributions to The Rotary Foundation for all club members and other donors. View Club Recognition Summary

  22. A Monthly Contribution Report(MCR)shows Rotary Foundation contribution information for all the clubs in the District. View Monthly Contribution Reports

  23. Other Functions All Rotarians can use Member Access for the following individual functions: • Contribute to The Rotary Foundation • View your personal contribution history • Manage e-mail subscriptions

  24. All Rotarians can contribute online to The Rotary Foundation using a credit card. Contribute to The Rotary Foundation

  25. All Rotarians can view their entire contribution history to The Rotary Foundation, including Paul Harris Fellow and Major Donor status. View Your Contribution History

  26. Choose the categories of email correspondence desired from Rotary International. This screen also shows the e-mail address used to subscribe. Manage E-mail Subscriptions
